Jeff Gilliam, Director
Jeff Gilliam is an orthopedic and sports physical therapy specialist, who has studied extensively in the areas of exercise physiology and nutritional biochemistry at the University of Florida. His research is in the area of effective behavioral interventions for obesity and its associated diseases.
Jeff is an adjunct instructor at the University of Florida. He currently teaches a graduate course called "Research Applications to Obesity and Weight Loss". He has published articles on orthopedic physical therapy and on creatine monohydrate supplementation in peer reviewed journals.
Jeff treats many of his physical therapy patients who are overweight and have associated joint problems with the Physicians' Choice For Weight Losssm Program.
