The Physicians' Choice for Weight Loss^sm program staff is involved in educating and promoting awareness of the adult and child obesity problem, as well as marketing, directing and implementing the Physicians' Choice for Weight Loss program into physical therapy clinics throughout the United States.

Jeff Gilliam, Director. Jeff has taught courses at the University of Florida in Health Promotion and Wellness and Research Applications to Obesity and Weight Loss. As a practicing physical therapist, Jeff integrates this life-changing program into his patients’ rehabilitation. Many of the medical problems seen in the rehabilitation setting such as osteoarthritis of the knees, low back pain, diabetes, and heart disease are related to lack of exercise, inactivity, poor dietary patterns, and obesity.
Mike Ligmanowski, Marketing & Sales Consultant. Before joining the Physicians Choice team, Mike graduated with a degree in Athletic Training from Elon University. As a NATA-BOC Certified Athletic Trainer, Mike worked directly with Jeff Gilliam in patient care at ReQuest Physical Therapy. For two years, they worked together and he was able to learn and implement the Physicians Choice for Weight Loss program with both adolescents and adults. Currently, Mike is the Assistant Director of ReQuest Physical Therapy overseeing all aspects of the physical therapy company. He is able to relate to practice owners on both a clinical and administrative level. He looks forward to working with all of our clients and creating a successful partnership.
Monica O’Reilly, Sales Consultant. Monica has a strong background in health and fitness having a health education background and an athletic background as a college track athlete. She currently is the owner of Fit for Life fitness Center. She has been a strong advocate for children, fighting against child obesity and promoting children’s fitness programs. She knows the success of the Physicians’ Choice for Weight Loss program and is eager to show you how you can integrate this program into your clinic.
